Action Learning is a facilitated process whereby a group
of peers contract to work together to give support, feedback and positive
challenge to one another. It is a hugely beneficial development opportunity that
has many benefits and is especially useful when trying to find new ways of
tackling familiar situations; problem solving; exploring strengths and
weaknesses in a safe, confidential environment.
Participants develop and hone a
variety of skills including:
... greater self awareness
...
getting to the heart of an issue by asking the right questions
... facilitation and coaching skills
For your
organisation it creates a great opportunity to build better internal networks
and helps people find different solutions and fresh perspectives.
